Conditions & Cancellation Policy: Payment is due at the completion of tour. If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be charged. If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot be photographed, 50% of tour fee will be retained. A rescheduling fee of $ 25 will be added to total tour cost to come back out. Tour link will be provided upon receipt of payment. Spins will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain tour - see rep for details.
